SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Elrod Roofing LLC operates an SMS notification program ("Elrod Roofing Appointment Alerts") used to send internal, work-related appointment notifications to Elrod Roofing personnel, and to send appointment-related messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them.

Program description: Recipients receive text messages containing appointment details such as service type, date, time, location, and contact information for a scheduled job.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies and depends on scheduling activity. You may receive a message each time an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Elrod Roofing does not charge for these messages.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
